A study conducted by 6Sns and MODA NA PR Agency indicates that 77% of Russian companies foresee changes in their choice of messaging apps over the next year. The survey included 66 firms, primarily decision-makers, revealing that 75.8% prioritize the messaging app based on its popularity among clients rather than cost. Telegram remains the dominant external communication tool, used by 40.9% of respondents, though only 21.2% rely on it as their primary channel. Max is viewed as the most likely alternative by 28.8% of participants, significantly outpacing VK Messenger at 9.1%. For internal communications, only 12.1% consider Max. Email serves as a secondary channel for 30.3% of companies, with 22.7% seeing it as a potential replacement. Key factors influencing messaging app selection include client and partner prevalence (75.8%), stability (62.8%), and user-friendliness (56%). The findings suggest a reevaluation of corporate communication strategies, highlighting the need for businesses to adapt to evolving client demands.
