On September 15, the Adecco Group announced the global rollout of Salesforce's Agentforce Coworker, which will be available to 27,000 employees in over 40 countries. This initiative follows a successful pilot program conducted in the UK and France. Agentforce Coworker serves as an AI assistant designed to streamline daily operations for staff, integrating seamlessly into the Salesforce platform and utilizing Anthropic’s Claude technology. It aims to enhance sales and recruitment activities by improving engagement with clients and candidates. The tool centralizes access to various data and organizational insights that were previously scattered across multiple platforms. Sales teams and recruiters can leverage it to identify key prospects, prepare sales documentation, and manage candidate selection processes. The AI will also utilize insights from over 2.5 million recorded interactions between agents and candidates since April 2025. Adecco's CEO, Denis Machuel, highlighted the pilot's rapid adoption as a positive indicator of the tool's effectiveness. This rollout is part of a broader strategy to integrate AI into Adecco's operations, with the goal of having agentic AI contribute to over half of the company’s revenues by the end of 2026.
