On May 11, Anthropic launched a significant enhancement to Claude Code with the introduction of the agent view. This feature acts as a session manager, allowing users to monitor all active Claude Code sessions from a single interface. Users can easily see the status of each session and identify which ones are awaiting input. The agent view can be activated using the command 'claude agents'. While this may seem like a minor update, it effectively addresses a common challenge faced by users. Previously, managing three concurrent tasks required the use of tmux and a mental checklist, which could be cumbersome. After testing the updated Claude Code for a week, I share insights about its functionality and limitations.
